Warranty information
Epic Skates are warrantied for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase against factory, material, or workmanship defects.
Normal wear or abuse is not to be considered as defective.
These skates are not designed for rental or commercial use.
Warranty is voided if used for any other use than intended. Epic Skates reserves the right to repair or replace the skates if determined to be defective.

The original receipt or packing slip must accompany the return for your warranty claim to be honored. Skates determined to be defective shall be repaired or replaced free of charge, excluding transportation costs.
In no event shall Epic Skates, Inc be liable for any incidental or consequential damages and such damages are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.
